Civil Engineering is one technology which deals directly with
harmonization of man and his natural environment; It is an
applied science owing a direct relation to daily life, in
that it aims to create a comfortable environment for the promotion
of public welfare. The Department of Civil Engineering offers
the following programs; mechanics for diverse styles and modes
of construction; water-control structures for the maintenance
of water resources; national land and city planning; and land
survey for the rational maintenance of our nation's land.
