The Leisure-Sports refers to sports related to amusement and
relaxation. There is an increasing demand for sports in modern
society to maintain both mental as well as physical health.
The Department is designed to provide students with professional
preparation in recreation leadership and management so that
they can assume positions in science-based programs at corporate,
business, clinic, or similar community settings.
