Public Administration is a science designed to provide students with the knowledge, skill, values, and experience necessary for a career in public service management. A modern administrative state requires a government to lead national and local development. It also requires trained and able public administrators. In response to this need, the course aims at training talented public administrators by diffusing in them the modern administrative theories of advanced nations. Graduates possess the qualities and abilities required to play an important role in coping with turbulent social changes and to become leaders in national development.
